The costs of the additional tasks
An additional pick or gift wrapping requires more work than a standard dispatch. We list these operations separately in your quotation.

Custom packaging and inserts are negotiable. We will agree on what you supply, how we store it and for which orders we use it.
Can the customisation be adjusted as my product range grows?
Yes. Discuss any changes with your point of contact. We will assess what impact they will have on stock levels, instructions, capacity and costs.
Does the bespoke service also apply to bol.com orders?
We will assess which processes are appropriate for your marketplace orders and the associated dispatch and packaging arrangements.
