This statement relates to Titan Fulfilment’s new feedback website at staging.titan.sitejob.nl. The forms on this site are in test mode. If you have any questions about this website or your personal data, you can contact Titan via info@titanfulfilment.nl.
Contact and quote enquiries
The forms ask for your name, email address and message or enquiry details. Depending on your enquiry, you may also be asked to provide your company name and telephone number. For a quotation, you will also need to provide details of your online shop, the service required, the number of orders and your specific requirements. Please only enter fictitious test data on this feedback website. A test form is checked on the server but is not emailed to Titan nor saved as a request in WordPress. The confirmation therefore states that no actual enquiry has been submitted.
If you email or ring Titan directly, Titan will receive the information you provide. Please use the email address above if you have a genuine enquiry.
Security and temporary data
The website processes technical request data to deliver pages and limit abuse. The form security uses a derived value from the IP address to limit repeated requests over the course of an hour. This temporary counter does not contain any form content. A receipt status expires after 15 minutes; a random reference to prevent duplicate submissions expires after two hours. Expired data is no longer used for these functions; technical clean-up may take place at a later date.
Website preferences and external links
Your browser may remember your preference for light or dark mode and whether you have closed a contact request. WordPress may store a technical emoji test. The names, purposes and retention periods are set out in the Cookie policy. This feedback website does not use visitor analytics, session recordings or ad tracking. Continuing to click or scroll does not constitute consent.
Fonts and images are provided by this website. A link to an external customer portal or another website opens a separate environment; data processing there is not covered by this statement.
Hosting and management
SiteJob provides the technical hosting and management of this feedback website. Regular web server access logs are enabled for this feedback website. In the event of server errors, error messages may be logged along with technical request data, including the IP address and the page requested. This helps to resolve faults and secure the website. The website does not send completed test requests to a CRM or analytics service.
Data storage and use
Temporary form data expires at the times specified above. For enquiries made via email, the processing of your query or request determines the required retention period; if this results in a contract, the associated administrative and legal obligations also apply. Error logs are checked daily on a rotation basis; a maximum of 52 older log files are retained. As empty logs do not rotate, this does not constitute a fixed retention period of 52 days. This technical setting applies to the feedback environment.
Your privacy rights
You may ask Titan what personal data is being processed about you and, where applicable, request its correction, erasure, restriction or transfer. You may also object to the processing of your data. To do so, please contact us via info@titanfulfilment.nl. Do not send a copy of your ID document of your own accord. If identification is required, Titan can discuss with you the most appropriate way to provide it. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
