Picking & packing
We pick the products, check the order and pack them in accordance with your specifications.

We hand over parcels to the agreed carrier. We receive and check returns in accordance with your instructions.

Preparing for the transition together
We’ll agree on the integration, packaging and dispatch, test the order flow and plan the receipt of your stock. We’ll take your own online shop, bol.com orders and any special packing instructions into account straight away.
How much will it cost for your online shop?
Storage space, size, the number of items picked per order and the delivery destination all determine your costs. You will receive a proposal setting out the work involved and the rates. Read more about the Structure of your quotation.

Titan works with integrations for various online shop platforms and marketplaces. We’ll check which integration and settings you need.
Can you also process returns?
Yes. We’ll agree on how we receive and check returns. Whether a product can be restocked depends on its condition and your return policy.

That depends on your product range, integration and stock delivery. We’ll draw up a schedule together.
