Updated on 25 September 2026. This guidance applies to the public pages of Titan Fulfilment’s new feedback website.
Functional website preferences
The website uses browser storage for the functions listed below. The provider is this website; the data is not used for visitor analysis or advertising.
Light or dark: titan-theme
If you change the theme, localStorage will save your choice of light or dark. There is no automatic expiry date: your preference will remain in place until you change it or clear your browser’s website data. Clearing this data will reset the website to the default light theme on your next visit.
Closed contact bar: titan-cta-dismissed
If you close the contact bar below an article, sessionStorage saves this for the current tab session. This means the bar will not reappear during that session. Storage normally ends when the tab is closed; browsers may also restore session data upon session restoration.
Emoji support: wpEmojiSettingsSupports
WordPress can store the result of a technical emoji test in sessionStorage. This information helps the browser display symbols correctly. The storage persists for the duration of the browser session. WordPress checks automatically whether the technical test needs to be repeated. This does not track any visitors.
Adjust or clear preferences
You can switch between light and dark modes using the display button in the menu. You can delete the saved website data via your browser settings. For the contact bar, you can close the tab or clear the session cache. The website remains readable even without this cached data.
Forms
The form security uses temporary tokens and server storage to prevent misuse and duplicate submissions. The form does not set a cookie for this purpose. The feedback forms do not send emails. Further details can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Measurements and consent
No analytics, advertising trackers or session recordings are active on this feedback website. Therefore, there is no consent banner for these functions. A visit, click or scroll does not constitute consent to tracking. Should the website introduce optional services at a later date, the information and any consent options will first be updated accordingly.
WordPress and customer portal
This inventory relates to the public feedback pages. Logging into WordPress is a separate administrative function with functional login storage. The external customer portal is a different environment with its own terms and conditions and privacy information.
